Analysis of Higher Education Management Policy Through the Implementation of Total Quality Management

چکیده

This study aimed to determine the extent which complete quality management is applied in distance education higher education. research uses policy methods. approach qualitative with type of research. Policy conducting or analyzing core social problems provide recommendations decision-makers on how solve them realistically. According findings, Total Quality Management (TQM) manifests itself interactions between professors and students classroom revising accreditation assessment criteria. A structured system can turn an organization into a learning organization. TQM also contributes increased morale, cost savings, organizational performance, responsiveness customer needs Barriers applying universities include idealistic goals, lack agreement definition application quality, freedom, academic maturity, administrative abilities.
